I was just calculating the estimated profits. Here it goes:
Assuming we can sell 1000 cans (assuming the cost is RM1 each), and we plan to sell them for RM1.50 (assumingly), we will make 50cent a can and if we sell 1000 cans will get us a profit of RM500
Now take that RM500 and minus the props (RM213), that gives us a balance of RM287?
- that doesn't sound good.
- thats 'if' we sell 1000 cans.

- Don't give plastic bags
- Don't spend on mexican hat instead bring our own personal hats to wear (if any)
- Don't buy styrofoam boxes cos some of us have plastic ice box from home
- Colourful shirts, bring our own
- SCREW banners & flyers, we'll just mass message on Y!M. Hey, we don't need to advertise drinks =)

and lastly, rental for booth is not free. We do get discount but its not free. Its only free if we are setting up a booth under club activities (e.g. swim club/dj club..etc)
bout the place/booth is better u go ask for permission.. coz i heard they say need 2 pay some rental thing.. find it out at the stad building..
